This third-party inspection was carried out by an EU authorized professional cable laboratory, with special test standards formulated for each product line. Electrical Installation Wire focuses on testing low-smoke halogen-free flame retardancy, high & low temperature resistance and insulation resistance, meeting all standards for basic wiring of buildings and equipment cabinets. Drag Chain Cable finished tens of millions of reciprocating bending fatigue tests to verify service life under long-term mobile use. Drum Cable passed continuous high-tension winding wear test to simulate working conditions of heavy reel equipment in ports and mines. Flat Reel Cable passed repeated bending test in narrow spaces to satisfy compact installation demands of construction machinery. High Voltage Cable passed long-term 3500V withstand voltage and insulation aging test to guarantee safe high-voltage power supply. Bus Cable finished EMC electromagnetic compatibility interference test to ensure stable and distortion-free communication for industrial automation.
All tested products meet IEC60332-1 flame retardant standard and RoHS environmental restrictions. Conductors, insulation and outer sheaths all comply with international specifications VDE0295, GB/T and IEC. The foreign trade department stated that full set of third-party test certificates will greatly simplify customs clearance procedures for overseas clients and reduce their import compliance risks.
