The R&D Center of Mingnai Special Cable Co., Ltd. officially released a new generation of Bus Cable industrial fieldbus cable product line recently. Meanwhile, we finished material and process iteration for five major categories including Drum Cable, Flat Reel Cable, High Voltage Cable, Drag Chain Cable and Electrical Installation Wire. Multiple new special cables adapted to extreme working conditions have been fully launched, further enriching our one-stop industrial cable product matrix.
The newly upgraded Bus Cable covers five mainstream industrial communication protocols: CC-Link, DeviceNet, CAN-BUS, RS485 and PROFINET. We optimized cable shielding structure and improved EMC anti-interference performance, with core electrical parameters such as mutual capacitance and characteristic impedance reaching the standard of top international brands. Two versions for fixed installation and drag chain mobile laying are available, suitable for intelligent production lines, automatic warehouses, robot communication and other scenarios. Other updated product lines also achieved performance improvement: the new PUR low-temperature resistant version of Drum Cable can work stably under winding conditions in polar mines at -60℃; Flat Reel Cable optimized flat cabling filling structure to extend bending service life by 50%; High Voltage Cable improved insulation formula for longer anti-aging service life; Drag Chain Cable adopts ultra-fine stranded conductors to meet tens of millions of high-frequency reciprocating bending cycles; Electrical Installation Wire added Class A low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant models for public safety projects such as subways, hospitals and airports.
All new products passed 72-hour laboratory aging tests including weather resistance, bending and voltage resistance, comply with global universal IEC and VDE standards, and hold CE & RoHS certifications. The R&D director stated that this full-series product upgrade is optimized according to years of feedback from global automation clients. Now clients can finish one-stop sourcing of Drum Cable, Flat Reel Cable, High Voltage Cable, Bus Cable, Drag Chain Cable and Electrical Installation Wire at Mingnai without comparing multiple suppliers.
Sample application and bulk order channels for new cables are now open worldwide. OEM & ODM customization on sheath color, core quantity and temperature resistance grade is supported, with bulk shipment to global markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, America, Middle East and polar mines, supporting stable operation of automation equipment in all industries.
